Welcome to Holy Trinity Church, Ilkeston

Traditional Anglicans in Derby Diocese

We are in the catholic tradition of the Church of England and as such we emphasise the sacramental life of the church and we seek communion with Christ in the Mass, in our prayers and in our daily lives.

We want to share our church and our worship with you. We serve the local community but also attract many from further afield who like the way we do things.

We are rooted in the catholic tradition of the Church of England; anchored to the faith of ages, our services are dignified, with a traditional liturgy, where we encounter the wonder of God. Do come and share in our worship – you will be made very welcome.

A Sacred Space for Worship & Prayer

Holy Trinity Church, Ilkeston
The church building dates back to the 1880s and was founded out of the enthusiasm of the Anglo-Catholic revival.

It is a sacred space for worship and prayer and we maintain a regular pattern of services throughout the year. We also have a Church Hall which is used by a number of organisations such as the Brownies and Royal British Legion.
